Remuneration and incentive programs

The 2023 annual general meeting resolved that for the period until the end of 2023 a remuneration of SEK 500,000 shall be paid to the chairman of the board, SEK 250,000 for other board members elected by the general meeting, SEK 75,000 shall be paid to the chairman of the board's audit committee and SEK 50,000 for each of the board members who are otherwise members of an audit committee instituted by the board of directors. The 2023 annual general meeting did not resolve on any changes to the guidelines for remuneration to senior executives that were resolved by the 2020 annual general meeting.

The 2022 annual general meeting resolved to introduce long-term incentive programs consisting of warrants. The purpose of the incentive programs is to create the conditions to retain and recruit competent personnel to the group, increase the participants' motivation, company loyalty and community of interest with the company's shareholders, as well as to promote own share ownership in the company and thereby promote shareholder value and the company's long-term value creation.
